Include a return address, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the problem.
Ship via UPS or Priority Mail. Please insure package for its replacement cost.
The most convenient method of shipping equipment is to bring it to a packaging and mail service center, such as Mail Box Etc. They provide boxes, packaging materials, and carrier service.
You will receive an estimate within 10 days, and the repaired equipment will be returned within 2-4 weeks after your approval/payment is received.
